With the development of computer technology and automatic production technology,the manufacturing enterprises,which take human labor as the main productive force,have been unable to compete with the automatic production mode of safety,efficiency and economy.As the traditional labor intensive industry,the knitting industry is facing ten severe competitive pressures.In this paper,the automatic generation of the flower type file of the hosiery machine in the knitting enterprise is taken as the research object.A set of automatic generation software system for the flower type file of the hosiery machine is designed and developed.The system finally realizes the design diagram of the input socks products and automatically generates the function of the stocking machine to control the pattern of the socks.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)To study the target enterprise,study the manual process of the hosiery machine control file that the enterprise is using,sum up the control principle of the control file to the production of the hosiery machine,and determine the breakthrough point and the technical scheme to solve the research problem.(2)This paper focuses on the key technologies needed in the automatic generation of control files in this paper,and puts forward the use of database reading technology to read design files and write computer programs to process design file data.Finally,the specific implementation of control files that can control all types of hosiery machines can be generated by automation of the software system.(3)According to the development and design scheme of the software system,the overall architecture of the software system is designed.The function of each part of the software system needs to be programmed and tested,which lays the foundation for the integration of the final system.The main technologies used are the GDI+drawing function of the C#language and the FileStream file stream reading and writing text file technology,and the output of the control files is realized through these two main techniques.(4)The system is developed according to the overall structure of the software system.Through the identification and reading of the design files,the completed software system can translate the complete design intention of the design map through the two compilation of the computer background,and convert it into a hosiery machine control file containing the yarn information of the hosiery machine,the drawing information and the rubber information of the rubber band.(5)Using the intelligent design software system which belongs to the same project,it designs multi stocking products.Using this developed flower type document automatic generation system,the design file is converted,the hosiery machine control file is generated,and the sample machine is used in the enterprise production workshop to verify the design and manufacturing integration system in the project.
