Aiming at the problems of long sampling cycle and long communication time with socks sellers for socks enterprises,explore the simulation technology and related software development of three-dimensional electronic socks samples.Based on the Pierce model,I modeled the unit loop of the weft knitted fabric,and then analyzed and studied its organizational structure.In the Visual Studio environment,I used the VC++language and 3dsmax to realize the simulation of the three-dimensional electronic sock pattern.The simulation result shows the weft-knitted weft knitting structure in the space,and at the same time visually shows the three-dimensional knitting effect of the hosiery.Mainly completed the following work:(1)Analyze socks according to the forming mechanism and organizational structure of weft knitted fabrics,and propose an overview of the three-dimensional electronic sock pattern and the planning of its generation technology.(2)The establishment of unit coils.Through the analysis of the weft knitted fabric structure,the unit loops are extracted.Analyze the unit coil,determine its key points,as well as the coil path,and establish a physical model of the coil.(3)Through analysis and research on the knitting structure of hosiery,find out the law of different structure loops,so as to splice to form the fabric structure.(4)Development of 3D electronic sock-like simulation software.With the help of the Visual Studio2015 platform and 3D Studio Max tools,the development of the simulation system is completed.The system includes socks design module,database module,display module,and main interface design.(5)Check the operability of the software by running it.Through the final experimental verification,the 3D electronic sock pattern generation software proposed in this paper can effectively solve the problem of long time-consuming sample sending by socks enterprises,and the 3D simulation of socks is feasible.
