Cotton weft knitted fabric in the wet processing technology is easy to produce wrinkle,it is not only related to the structure of cotton fiber,but also related to the processing conditions.This paper mainly studies the wrinkle deformation and mechanism of cotton weft knitted fabric.In this paper,the experimental study on the swelling properties of cotton yarn under different solution and different swelling conditions is carried out.Firstly,the mechanical model of the swelling process of cotton yarn was analyzed,and the reasonable kinetic equation of cotton yarn was established.Based on this equation,the swelling performance of cotton yarn was analyzed.The concentration of JFC was 2.5 g / L,and the cotton yarn obtained a higher equilibrium swelling rate.When the concentration of the solution exceeds 8%,the swelling performance of the cotton yarn increase with the increase of the solution concentration,and the swelling rate increase with the increase of the solution concentration.When the cotton yarn is swollen in the concentration of 18% NaOH solution,increase the temperature of the solution and add the electrolyte NaCl to the solution to increase the tension of the cotton yarn,which will reduce the equilibrium swelling rate of the cotton yarn and The addition of penetrant JFC in the lye helps to increase the swelling rate of cotton yarn.Based on the study of the swelling properties of cotton yarn,the dimensional change of cotton wool flat knitted fabric was studied.The mechanism of cotton weft flat knit fabric is put forwarded,and the mechanism of cotton yarn swelling is caused by the experiment.The unevenness of the fabric is caused by the swelling of the cotton yarn,which makes the fabric density uneven and the surface appear fine folds.When the JFC solution swells,the concentration of the solution mainly affects the swelling rate of the cotton yarn.The solution temperature mainly affects the equilibrium swelling rate,the solution temperature is increased and the solution concentration is reduced.The shrinkage rate of the fabric is increased and the dimensional stability is improved.The cloth do not cause wrinkles.NaOH solution swelling,with the solution concentration increases,the fabric size shrinkage gradually increased,NaOH concentration of 18% solution swelling 40-50 min,the fabric to obtain good dimensional stability,fabric fabric does not produce wrinkles.By studying the shrinkage of different parts of the fabric,the shrinkage of the different parts of the fabric and the wrinkling of the fabric were studied.The causes of the "jersey fold" were obtained.In the wet processing technology,the density was more Knitted fabric,in the disorder effect of external force,the fiber swelling,the fabric of the uneven contraction,organizational structure has changed,the fabric produced a fold.According to the above research results proposed to solve the "jersey fold" method,making the fabric after full free swelling,uniform size and uniform shrinkage,in the subsequent processing will not produce wrinkles.
