Six nitro nitrogen miscellaneous woods silane(CL-20),pentaerythritol tetranitrate(PETN),four ring tetramethylene nitramine(HMX),this kind of high sensitive explosive detonation of an outstanding performance,widely applied to weapons warheads,but as a result of CL-20,PETN,higher mechanical sensitivity of HMX,not easy to be used in production,transportation,storage,and because of the influence of the external forces,the combustion or explosion can easily happen,lead to major accidents and casualties.Therefore,it is very important to improve the safety performance of energy-containing materials by treating them with healthy sensibility.TATB is a very stable and insensitive heat resistant explosive because it is superior to any known explosive of comparable energy in terms of heat resistance and resistance to physical shock.TATB has good heat resistance and safety.TATB mixed explosive is very insensitive to high temperature,impact and impact,which can meet the safety requirements of modern new ammunition.TATB mixed explosive has both high explosive energy and good safety performance.This article selects the CL-20,PETN,HMX.These three as the main body of explosives,well-shaped preparation by mechanical ball grinding,high granularity uniform nano TATB particles dispersed.Specifically,CL-20?HMX and PETN were used as the main explosives,F2603 and other binder were added to prepare the corresponding CL-20/TATB/F2603,CL-20/TATB/ACM,PETN/TATB/F2603 and other high-energy insensitive composite materials.SEM,X-ray diffraction pattern analysis,FT-IR and other testing and analysis methods were used to characterize and study the structure and morphology of the prepared high-energy insensitive composites.The results show that the three types of composite insensitive particles(CL-20/TATB/F2603,HMX/TATB/F2603,PETN/TATB/F2603)are all spheroidal in shape,and the particle size is uniform.The surface is covered with a layer of dense nano TATB particles;The XRD test results show that the positions of the diffraction peaks of the three types of composite insensitive particles are consistent with TATB and CL-20,HMX,and PETN crystals,and their characteristic peaks can be separated,indicating that the preparation process has not changed the crystal form.The DSC test results show that the thermal decomposition peak temperatures of the three composite particles are all higher than the raw materials,indicating that their thermal stability has been improved.The impact sensitivity test results show that the characteristic drop heights of CL-20/TATB/F2603,HMX/TATB/F2603,PETN/TATB/F2603 are 28.8 cm,36.8 cm,and 18.8 cm,which are significantly improved compared to the characteristics of raw materials,Indicating that the sensitivity of the composite particles has been reduced.
