At present,the ballistic design of propellant charge is based primarily on the classical internal ballistic model.Through the theoretical calculation and screening of different types,sizes and different propellant to determine the ballistic design scheme that meets the requirement of ballistic index.However,there are some problems,such as heavy computational workload and difficulty in finding the optimal scheme.At the same time,there is no ideal method to analyze the combustion of the propellant in the chamber.According to the characteristics of muzzle velocity and high chamber pressure of the high chamber pressure gun,this paper modifies the classical interior ballistic model and establishes an interior ballistic calculation model suitable for the characteristics of the high chamber pressure gun.On this basis,the propellant charge optimal design and the actual combustion performance analysis platform is established through C# language.Depending on the design requirements of artillery on the ballistic performance,meanwhile considering the influence of variable forms such as type,charge mass and web thickness,muzzle velocity,maximum chamber pressure and relative burnout point are set as the objective function.Through the changes of the loading parameters,the platform loops the internal ballistics by using recursive algorithm.Therefore,the reasonable charges,which meet the needs of weapons can be auto selected.At the same time,based on the geometric combustion law,the p-t curve in chamber obtained from the test is used to derive the functional relationship between the firing rate of propellant and the pressure,time and gas generation intensity in the chamber under the gun conditions,so as to analyze the combustion performance of propellant in chamber.On the established platform of the propellant charge optimal design,taking 105 mm,122mm and other artillery as examples,the single charge,mixed charge is optimal designed respectively.Influence laws of loading conditions on ballistic performance are obtained,and the reasonable charging schemes satisfying the design requirements are screened out.The results show that this platform can be used to optimize the charge design of various types of artillery.The platform of the actual combustion performance analysis is used to analyze the combustion performance of some single charge and mixed charge in the chamber by using the p-t curve obtained from the test.The combustion conditions of different guns with different propellant,different charge mass and different temperature are studied.The factors that cause abnormal combustion are presumed.The research results are of great significance to the optimization design of propellant charge and the actual combustion characteristics.
