With the continuous increase of the mining depth of mines,the high temperature heat damage phenomenon of the mines is becoming more and more serious.At the same time,the downhole air is often in a high humidity state,especially in the working face.The air humidity often reaches more than 90%.Affect the physical and mental health of employees,life safety and economic benefits of the enterprise.In this paper,through the analysis of the theory of heat and humidity exchange between wind current and surrounding rocks,the law of temperature and humidity exchange between wind current and roadway wall is revealed.Taking the 4th alley of Pingdingshan No.13 Mine as the research object,the cold load calculation method is measured by heat source analysis method,enthalpy difference method,load calculation simplification method and load calculation back analysis method.Calculate and compare the cooling load on the working surface.Then,in the three different air supply modes of side wall air supply,center air supply and vault air supply,the three parameters of changing the air supply temperature,the air supply speed,and the distance from the wind tunnel to the tunnel face are compared and analyzed.The optimal supply air temperature T = 18 ?,the supply air speed V = 12 m / s,and the distance between the wind drum and the driving face is 8m.Based on this,through the simulation of the relative humidity of the inlet air flow,the distribution pattern of the humidity field in the driving face is obtained,and the change of the relative humidity of the ambient air in the driving face under different supply air humidity is analyzed to obtain the optimal delivery Wind humidity.Finally,when selecting the mine cooling system and its design scheme,the AHP method was used to obtain the weights of the basic indicators that affect the final decision.The indicators that should be considered when selecting the cooling system were clarified.Different cooling systems are commonly used at present,and the appropriate system is selected to provide theoretical support for the design of cooling in the mine.
