In the paper thermal environment of heading face was studied. On the Basis of introduced basic content and home and abroad about newly research state of Heading Face, analysis the deficiency and put forward research content in this paper. Study on foundation of previous, analysis the temperature field, humidity field and velocity field of Heading Face, put forward index of thermal comfort degree in Heading Face, and more accurate evaluation thermal environment of Heading Face.Through analysis 82-under rock concentration roadway of XuTuan mine establishment reasonable model. Simulation finds the law of temperature field and humidity field, and shows that the temperature field and humidity field have mainly change in range of 3 m, which the temperature increase 3℃, and humidity increase from 50% to 90%.but when the distance more than 5m,the temperature and humidity keeps invariant. By analysis on index of thermal comfort degree in Heading Face, we can see pmv equal to 1.6, but in the return air pmv is always up to 2.4.Workers feel sultriness generally.In order to study variation of temperature in the heading face, especially how to reducing temperature, this paper mainly research on air volume and temperature. Though simulation, obtained that decrease the inlet air temperature can decrease temperature of heading face, temperature of inlet air linear with temperature of heading face. When the inlet air decrease to 23℃, the temperature of heading face can decrease to demands temperature,26℃. Increase air volume can also decrease temperature of heading face, but not so significantly. When air volume is lower, increase air volume can decrease temperature of heading face, but when air volume is higher, increase air volume has not effects. When the air volume up to 400 m3/min, the maximum capacity only can decrease temperature of heading face to 28℃.Experiment and date of temperature and etc, always prove the correctness of simulation. The measures comes from simulation has guiding significance to decrease temperature of heading face.
