Research On Key Technologies Of Gear Cloud Measurement Based On Cloud Platform

Intelligent manufacturing is the key to promote digital industrialization and build a powerful manufacturing industry in China,which has become the goal of many enterprises competing for transformation.Among all kinds of mechanical parts,gear industry has the largest scale and appears on the national emblem as a symbol of industry.In the development from "gear manufacturing" to "gear intelligent manufacturing",gear measurement has covered the whole life cycle of gear products.In this paper,under the background of intelligent manufacturing and cloud manufacturing,aiming at the problems of enterprise measurement system in architecture,key technology and data fusion application,the cloud technology research of gear precision measurement is carried out.Its main research work and contribution are shown in the following aspects:(1)In view of the problems of the relative dispersion and the poor flexibility of the measurement resources in the traditional measurement,this paper presents the operation model of the gear cloud measurement platform from the aspects of the measurement objectives,the gear cloud measurement resource pool and the terminal application,which can realize the addition and management of the measurement resources in the cloud environment.(2)In view of the problems of poor scalability and slow deployment of single application architecture in the development of gear cloud measurement terminal system,the service-oriented micro service architecture is introduced to realize rapid development and on-demand scaling of the system.(3)Aiming at the problems of gear measurement parameters and heterogeneity of measurement architecture,information and data format,the dynamic integration of data is carried out by building a cloud platform,focusing on three aspects of gear measurement data collection and transmission,analysis and conversion,and bottom data integration,so as to solve the cloud of heterogeneous measurement resources in gear cloud measurement system Access,cloud processing of measurement data and cloud storage of measurement data.(4)Aiming at the problem that the end users of gear cloud measurement have less ways to call the resources in the cloud platform,two modes of data acquisition in the cloud platform are proposed,that is,the process that users input retrieval conditions to obtain results from the cloud platform and the cloud platform actively pushes content to users according to the user model.On the basis of the above research work,a gear cloud measurement system is designed and completed,which verifies the correctness,feasibility and effectiveness of the key technologies of gear cloud measurement based on cloud platform proposed in this paper.
