Rotating machinery is the main component of the mechanical equipment of metallurgical enterprises,and its normal operation is very important to enterprises.In the actual production process of metallurgical enterprises,due to the long running time of rotating machinery and equipment,and the poor working environment,various faults are often caused.If they cannot be found and dealt with in time,the equipment will be damaged and the equipment will be shut down for maintenance,and the equipment will be scrapped and casualties.Therefore,accurate fault diagnosis and status recognition of rotating equipment is of great significance.Based on a large amount of literature research and understanding of the actual situation on the spot,this article has carried out an in-depth analysis of the working conditions of the rotating machinery and equipment in the metallurgical enterprise,and found out the operation,use and damage of each component in the rotating machinery,for the follow-up Lay the foundation for field equipment fault diagnosis.In this regard,the following work has been mainly carried out:(1)From the overall analysis of the failures and phenomena that are easy to occur in the daily work of rotating equipment,it specifically analyzes the common failures and diagnosis methods of the key components of the equipment,rotors,gears,and rolling bearings.In view of the different working conditions of the on-site rotating equipment,the causes and phenomena of the failures of various parts in the rotating machinery are proposed from multiple angles,and reasonable detection and diagnosis methods are proposed.(2)The vibration signal processing methods in the time domain,frequency domain and time-frequency domain are discussed,and the simulation method of signal processing is carried out on this basis.(3)Combined with the actual operation of rotating equipment in a metallurgical enterprise,the equipment operating status identification and fault diagnosis were carried out.The rotor of the 2# CDQ generator of the Coking Plant was faulty,the 6 gearboxes in the wire work area of the long product plant were faulty,and the steel pipe was faulty.The company's 6# secondary dust removal fan bearing failure has been tested for vibration signals.Then use various signal processing methods in the time domain and frequency domain to analyze the low-frequency,intermediate-frequency and high-frequency components in the vibration signal of different components,and finally make a reasonable judgment to correctly guide the on-site construction personnel to perform equipment maintenance.The failure modes of on-site rotating equipment are diverse.Most of the failures are mainly concentrated on several main components such as rotors,gears,bearings and equipment foundation.Each component has its typical failure characteristics and frequency characteristics.Therefore,accurate fault diagnosis and status recognition of rotating equipment is of great significance.
