Research On QHSE Internal Control Of A Coal Mine Enterprise From The Perspective Of Corporate Social Responsibility

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly,while people's material and spiritual living standards have been greatly improved,at the same time,higher requirements have been put forward for product quality,working environment,ecological environment and so on.However,in recent years,cases of social responsibility anomie have occurred frequently,especially in the coal mine industry,from "2.29" Yunnan Shugentian coal mine major roof accident to "11.29" Hunan Yuanjiangshan coal mine major water permeable accident,The coal mine industry has gradually entered people's vision.There are many reasons behind the frequent accidents in coal mining enterprises.In general,it is inseparable from the simple pursuit of high profits and neglect of their own social responsibility.With the more mature the market competition in our country,the development of enterprises can not only pay attention to profitability,but also pay attention to their sustainable development ability,which puts forward a higher level of requirements for enterprises to recognize and conscientiously fulfill social responsibility.On the basis of the above background,this paper takes the A coal enterprise as the case,the principal-agent theory and the stakeholder theory as the basis,through the analysis to find out the existing problems in the current social responsibility internal control of A coal mining enterprises,according to the existing problems and the characteristics of the coal mining industry,This paper puts forward the QHSE-based internal control optimization ideas from the aspects of product quality,employee health,production safety and environmental protection to add impetus to the sustainable development of A enterprises.A enterprise,as a well-known coal mining enterprise in China,has certain representativeness.The problems and optimization measures of this enterprise have certain reference in the industry.It is hoped that the research in this paper can not only provide A enterprises with a perfect internal control optimization strategy of social responsibility,but also provide optimization ideas and experience for other coal mining enterprises.
