Research On Internal Control Of LZ Aluminum Industry From The Perspective Of Social Responsibility

In the last few years,as a mainstay for the development of national economy,agriculture and industrial modernization,aluminum enterprises have accelerated the pace of reform and innovation and gained more social attention.While obtaining huge economic results,Internal control program design of some enterprises ignored the elements of social responsibility and did not actively fulfill the social responsibility they should have.This is directly reflected in the repeated prohibition of environmental pollution,which makes the enterprise not only pay a high penalty price,but also damage the reputation and image of the enterprise,It is not benefit to the sustainable development of companies.For years,both in theory and practice,it has been proved that in order to achieve its own healthy cycle of economic cycle and green development strategy,enterprises must strengthen the emphasis on the elements of social responsibility,and take it as the focus in the internal control procedures for reasonable control.To this end,this article combines five elements to carry out research,using field research,literature review,theoretical research and other methods to analyze the problems that LZ Aluminum has in the process of fulfilling its social responsibilities.Finally,from the company level,in view of the main problems of LZ Aluminum's internal control of social responsibility,it puts forward suggestions for improving the internal control of corporate social responsibility.The significant findings of the paper are primarily shown in two sides:theoretical results and practical results.Theoretically,from the angle of social responsibility,it analyses the faults of the internal control,and General analysis are executed in association with the theories of cybernetics,stakeholder and contingency management;In the part of practice,taking LZ aluminum as a typical example of enterprises in the industry,the purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the internal control of enterprises in this industry and other industries.The optimization and improvement of internal control provide a reference.
