At home and abroad,a large number of scholars and experts have done a lot of research on composite plate,which are summarized as follows: the in-depth research of different process parameters and technological methods have an effect on the structure,mechanical properties,bonding strength,micro morphology of composite interface,as well as material composition,strength and hardness rules on both sides of the interface.The relevant results of these research should also be put into production practice;The research on rolling mill vibration mainly focuses on four high and six high rolling mills.In essence,the research on rolling mill vibration at home and abroad can be attributed to the coupling of rolling mill structure and rolling process,that is,the interaction,continuous excitation and continuous coupling of roll gap change and rolling process parameters,force and energy parameters.With the progress of science and technology and the improvement of manufacturing level,industrial production puts forward higher requirements for the performance of clad plate,while the traditional rolling method has limited improvement on the bonding strength and mechanical properties of clad plate;However,the corrugated rolling method can not only increase the elongation of the hard to deform metal,reduce the residual stress,improve the quality of the plate,but also improve the bonding strength and mechanical properties of the composite plate.Based on the combination of 304 and Q235,and takes a corrugated rolling mill as the research object.Based on the previous research,the following work has been mainly done:(1)In order to solve the rolling force under the corrugated rolling process,a hypothesis is proposed to estimate the rolling force: there is a nominal radius between the wave crest and the wave trough of the corrugated roll,and the rolling force value(nominal rolling force)of the flat roll with the nominal radius as the radius is between the rolling force value at the wave crest and the rolling force value at the wave trough,It is equal to the average value of the trough rolling force and the peak rolling force,and changes synchronously with the change of the peak rolling force and the trough rolling force.ABAQUS / CAE was used to simulate the rolling process;Verify the correctness of the hypothesis.(2)Analyze the position of the rolled piece relative to the roll in the bite stage,stable rolling stage,and steel throwing stage to determine the boundary state of the rolling force calculation;perform the geometry of the rolling deformation zone for a certain situation in the corrugated rolling process Characteristic analysis,the establishment of differential equations,the calculation formula of rolling force;the use of MATLAB to solve the rolling force,the use of ABAQUS/CAE to simulate the rolling process and the rolling experiment,verify the correctness of the calculation formula.(3)ABAQUS/CAE was used to model and simulate the corrugated rolling process.The simulation results show that with the increase of reduction rate,the contact area between roll and rolled piece increases,and the area of maximum stress on rolled piece increases;The depth of equivalent plastic strain of rolled piece increases gradually;Under the same reduction rate,the plastic deformation of the trough is the largest,the wave waist is the second,and the wave crest is the smallest.(4)he statistical analysis of the rolling force in the stable rolling process shows that the rolling force fluctuates in different degrees in the biting stage and the throwing stage.In the stable rolling stage,with the increase of reduction rate,the contact area between the roll and the workpiece increases,and the rolling force increases.At the same time,the contact state between the roll and the workpiece changes continuously due to the continuous bite and withdrawal of the workpiece,which leads to the fluctuation of rolling force;At the same reduction rate,the rolling force fluctuation decreases with the increase of the number of teeth;The contact area increases with the increase of the number of teeth,but the increase of the average rolling force is not obvious.
