My country's high-altitude areas are vast,and regions above 1,000 m above sea level account for 58% of the country's total land area.High-altitude areas are rich in mineral resources.With the reduction of resource mining in low-altitude areas,the mining and utilization of metal mineral resources in high-altitude and cold areas is an inevitable choice to alleviate the shortage of mineral resources in my country.Due to the thin air,low oxygen partial pressure,large temperature difference between day and night in high altitude areas,it will not only lead to hypoxia of operators,reduce labor efficiency and increase labor intensity,but also change the performance and use efficiency of mining machinery and equipment.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out research on the performance and efficiency of metal mining machinery and equipment under high-altitude environmental conditions.This thesis is based on the subject of the national "Thirteenth Five-Year" key research and development plan project "Efficacy of Humans and Machines and Emergency Rescue Technology for Mines in High Altitude and Cold Areas".According to the unique climatic conditions in high-altitude and cold areas,the relationship between the operating performance and efficiency of the main mechanical equipment of metal mines in high-altitude and cold areas is studied.Based on the investigation of the operation of the mechanical equipment of Pulang Copper Mine,and the statistical analysis of the power source,use time and location of the mechanical equipment,the paper determines the research and application projects of electric diaphragms,diesel scrapers,and ventilators.Established a low-pressure and low-oxygen mine environment simulation experiment cabin,conducted simulation experiments on electric diaphragm pumps,tested the performance changes of 0m?5000m electric diaphragm pumps,and found that with the increase in altitude,the inlet pressure,torque and power of the electric diaphragm pump Obvious drop,little change in flow rate and speed,and significant increase in motor surface temperature;through field tests on the exhaust emissions of 2 types of 4m~3 diesel scrapers at different altitudes,it is found that with the increase in altitude,the concentration of CO,NO,and NOX emitted by the exhaust of the machine is increasing;through the actual measurement of the wind speed,wind pressure,efficiency,etc.of the Pulang copper mine ventilator,it is found that the total pressure efficiency of the main ventilator is only 51.26%,and the research is high Altitude environment influence factors on fans,establish fan performance evaluation index system and evaluation methods,and evaluate fan efficiency.The paper uses the low-pressure and low-oxygen mining environment simulation experiment chamber established by the national key research and development project,and designs a small electric diaphragm pump simulation experiment scheme based on similar principles.It selects a micro electric diaphragm pump and suitable testing equipment,and innovatively proposes a in the high-altitude mine environment simulation experiment cabin,the method of testing the performance and efficiency of the diaphragm pump;through simulation experiments,field tests and performance evaluation,systematically studied the electric diaphragm pumps,which are commonly used in metal mines in high-altitude and high-cold environments.The influence of diesel loaders and ventilators on the performance of mechanical equipment will provide theoretical basis for the selection,material selection and work efficiency improvement of metal mining machinery and equipment in high-altitude areas in the future,effectively improve the safety and reliability of machinery and equipment,and improve operators Working environment,reduce mechanical damage and reduce accident rate.The paper has 77 pictures,24 tables,and 86 references.
