With the rapid development of national economy in our country,our country has become a large energy consumer such as oil and gas,and petroleum and petrochemical enterprises and storage and transportation field standing,etc.There are a large number of cylindrical vessels,such as horizontal tank,large diameter pipelines and equipment,etc.these container corresponding process plays a considerable role.More and more people get the attention of how to detect such containers to carry on the scientific and reasonable.At present,the magnetic flux leakage detection technology with its high efficiency,high reliability and a series of advantages are widely used in the nondestructive testing of ferromagnetic materials,but for the cylindrical container internal magnetic flux leakage testing technology research is few.Discussed in this article the cylindrical container internal magnetic flux leakage detection technology research,the application of magnetic flux leakage inspection technology reasonably and effectively in the detection of cylindrical vessels,for cylindrical container inspection provides a new method of feasibility.In this paper,according to the characteristics of petrochemical industry cylindrical container,carry out the research for cylindrical container internal magnetic flux leakage testing method.This article research adopts the method of combining the theoretical analysis and experimental research.With corrosion defects leakage magnetic field as the basis,theory bases of the cylinder was established based on ANSYS finite element analysis software defect in the magnetization state analysis model,analysis of leakage magnetic field distribution of cylindrical vessel defect and influence factors.The radius of the cylinder are analyzed in detail,the size of the defects,defects,defect shape distribution and corrosion products of cylindrical container defect magnetic flux leakage testing.Based on the finite element analysis,formulated the cylindrical container wall overall design scheme of magnetic flux leakage detection system,and the detection system of excitation device,data acquisition system,signal processing,software and so on carries on the detailed design;Use SOLIDWORKS software 3 d drawing parts drawing and assembly,according to the design of the structure,size and processing assembly into cylindrical container internal magnetic flux leakage inspection system.Under laboratory conditions to establish artificial simulated defect cylinder container,the cylindrical container wall design in this experiment,magnetic flux leakage detecting system for the cylinder defect information leakage magnetic field,and analyze the data,finite element analysis results are verified through the experiment.Field experiments and application development of testing system,according to the test results to determine the severity of the defect position and container defect,the test results compared with the actual location of the defect and the container size,reliability test and verify the accuracy of the examination system,proves that within the magnetic flux leakage detection is an effective detection method of cylindrical vessels.
