With the further intensification of market competition and the development of personalized product demand,in order to be able to meet the diverse needs of users in time,in recent years,more and more companies have adopted mixed-flow assembly lines to improve the flexibility of their production and respond to market needs.The ability to keep changing.In order to improve the efficiency of the production system,it is particularly important to reasonably formulate the production sequence of mixedflow assembly line products.In addition,mixed-flow assembly production is not an independent process and often requires other workshops to coordinate production and supply.Based on the above background and significance,this article considers the optimization problem of the mixed-flow assembly line ordering of parts processing and supply.With the goal of smoothing the parts consumption and minimizing the total completion time,the relevant ordering optimization model is established and combined with the relevant data of the mixed-flow assembly line of the G enterprise engine,Research on the optimization problem of mixed assembly line sequencing considering parts processing and supply.The main content of the dissertation is as follows:(1)Clarified the background and significance of the research topic,gave a detailed overview and comment on the domestic and foreign mixed-flow assembly line sequencing problems,and based on this,proposed the research content of this article,selected the research method,and set the technology of this article route.(2)Introduce the definition,characteristics,operation mode and production principle of mixed-flow assembly line respectively.Secondly,it explains the necessity of considering the characteristics of the mixed-flow assembly line for parts processing and supply and the sequencing of production.In addition,the common methods for dealing with the sequencing problem of mixed-flow assembly lines are introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of various solutions are analyzed.(3)Focusing on the characteristics of the mixed-flow assembly line considering the processing and supply of parts and components,analyze the sorting problem of the mixed-flow assembly line considering the processing and supply of parts and components.This article aims at smoothing the consumption of parts and minimizing the total completion time of the parts processing and assembly lines.Establish the corresponding mathematical model.And according to the characteristics of the problem,design the corresponding algorithm,on the premise of proving the effectiveness of the algorithm,combined with the actual case of the enterprise,solve the product sequencing problem on the enterprise mixed assembly line,and give the specific production scheduling Gantt on the corresponding parts processing line The figure provides a reference for the actual production and operation of the enterprise.(4)Summarize the research work and results of the full text,point out the deficiencies in the research of the dissertation,and look forward to the next research work.
