As the core device of coal gasification,due to the high temperature(up to 1000 ?),high pressure(3 to 7MPa),high water content,high dust content and complex chemical composition of products,the pretreatment system of on-line analysis system is highly required.The reaction conditions in different types of gasifiers are also very different At present,there is no unified analysis method for online analysis system of gasifier device,and due to the high failure rate and poor maintainability,there are different degrees of transformation and upgrading after application.Due to the flexibility and professionalism of the online analysis system,there are various problems in the application process,such as sampling probe failure,pretreatment system failure,analysis instrument failure,large amount of equipment maintenance,improper instrument selection,etc.Based on the important role of gasifier on-line analysis system at present and summarizing the existing application problems,this paper aims to research and develop a modular on-line analysis system with universality and standardization for coal gasification process,which aims to solve the problems encountered in the on-line analysis system for coal gasification process and facilitate the use and maintenance of users.The design scheme of sampling probe and pretreatment is suitable for the characteristics of gasifier gas composition,and the principle of analyzer is suitable for the requirements of gasifier gas analysis.The online analysis system of coal water slurry and pulverized coal gasifier is unified,and the standardized online analysis method is established.The main contents of this paper are as follows(1)This paper summarizes the working characteristics of the existing gasifier,analyzes the problems of the online gasifier analyzer,and determines the design parameters of the modular analyzer according to the characteristics of the gasifier such as high temperature,high pressure,high water content and dust,and the problems of high failure rate and large maintenance of the existing analyzer.By realizing the requirements of these design parameters,the gasifier on-line analyzer can achieve the intellectualization,modularization and miniaturization of the instrument.(2)The pretreatment system of on-line analyzer is optimized and designed.It is proposed to install temperature control cyclone refrigeration sampling module and redundant primary pretreatment module at the sampling point of gasifier to make the gasifier sample gas change into low temperature,low pressure,low water and low dust state.The structure is reliable and the operation is automatic,which effectively reduces the processing load of subsequent pretreatment system.At the same time,through the treatment of the subsequent pretreatment device,the failure rate of the analyzer is greatly reduced,and the maintenance work of personnel is reduced.(3)The infrared analysis module and thermal conductivity analysis module are combined for analysis,and the data of each module is comprehensively processed by the controller and software.The mutual compensation of analysis data between modules is realized,which effectively avoids the interference of single module components,and realizes the efficient,fast and accurate analysis of gas composition in the gasifier.At the same time,the structure of explosion-proof design can realize the safe and stable operation of industrial chemical field.(4)The structure and function of the analyzer are tested and verified.The performance of the analyzer can meet the analysis requirements of gasifier.
