Oil and gas pipeline is an important way to transport oil and gas resources in China.Its long-term stable operation ensures the rapid development of China's economy.The oil and gas transmission station is an important node in the oil and gas transmission pipeline system and a key hub for the long-distance transportation of oil and gas resources.The control system is the brain of the oil and gas station,which monitors and controls a number of industrial production equipment in the station.Therefore,in order to ensure the long-term stable operation of the oil and gas pipeline system,improve the efficiency of control system maintenance and overhaul,and reduce economic losses,it is necessary to carry out state acquisition and monitoring of the control system of the oil and gas station.The main research work of this paper are as follows:(1)Firstly,the common fault types in oil and gas stations are analyzed and summarized.And according to the maintenance records in a oil and gas station,the fault characteristics of the control system of oil and gas stations are summarized.Then a systematic structural analysis is made for the common fault modules of the control system of a domestic oil and gas station.(2)According to the structure and fault characteristics of the control system,the external state signals and internal state signals in the control system are analyzed,and the field pre-acquisition is carried out,and the characteristics of the state signals are summarized.Based on these analyses,the design requirements of the state acquisition and monitoring system are put forward.(3)According to the characteristics of the state signal in the control system,this paper deals with the state signal based on the Tunable Q Wavelet Transform(TQWT).Firstly,the adaptive TQWT threshold denoising method is applied to de-noising the state signal to improve the accuracy of feature extraction in time domain and frequency domain.Secondly,the impact feature extraction method based on TQWT and the abnormal pulse feature separation method based on double quality factor TQWT are applied to realize the extraction of impact feature and abnormal pulse feature in the control system for the monitoring and analysis of the state of the control system.(4)According to the requirement of condition acquisition and monitoring,a state acquisition and monitoring system for the control system of oil and gas station is developed.The hardware platform uses the data acquisition card and MCU to realize the acquisition function.Based on C# technology,the software platform realizes the functions of data acquisition and control,data storage and data feature analysis.Finally,the status acquisition and monitoring system has been tested and run in a domestic oil and gas station,and the signal acquisition and signal analysis function of the system meet the design requirements of the system.
