Since human society stepped into the information age,information communication has been an important research field of modern science.To achieve higher performance,smaller size and lower cost,all kinds of communication equipments get developed and innovated in the direction of more optimization with the research of scientists.As an important part in the field of wireless communication,antenna system has naturally been the focus of people’s research.How to achieve miniaturization better,how to ensure the performance of miniaturization at the same time,these are the problems to be solved in antenna research nowadays and even in the future.In this paper,a series of experiments are carried out based on the design scheme of magnetic materials for wideband antenna.From the material permeability test,to explore the impact of magnetic materials on antenna design and finally design a 5G communication magnetic medium antenna.In general,relevant studies will be conducted in the following aspects:1.The mainstream method of measuring the permeability of modern materials is the "transmission/reflection method",which requires the support of professional instruments.In this paper,a feasible and simple method for measuring the permeability of magnetic materials is proposed and the related research is carried out.This method is based on the correlation between the antenna resonance and the dielectric constant and permeability of the antenna dielectric material.Through the variation of the antenna resonance under the influence of different magnetic materials,the relevant laws are obtained,and the data are processed to form an image.The approximate value of the magnetic permeability of the measured material can be inferred by analysing the test results of the magnetic material and the numerical images obtained from the simulation experiment.2.Study the specific influence of magnetic materials in antenna design.The use of magnetic materials can achieve antenna miniaturization,but the effect of different loading conditions is different.In the dual-frequency antenna,the effects of various uses of magnetic materials on antenna miniaturization and improvement are studied through the methods of antenna substrate layering,magnetic material loading position,and magnetic material permeability adjustment.3.The magnetic material is used as the antenna substrate to design the broadband antenna for 5G communication.The electromagnetic parameters are set,and the magnetic material is simulated.By adjusting the branches of the monopole antenna,the antenna works in the 5G mobile communication band of 2.6GHz and 3.5GHz.Compared with the dielectric antenna with the same structure,the size of the antenna with the same structure is reduced by 20%.
