With the increasing demand for electronic equipment and microwave equipment,the electromagnetic radiation generated by these equipment has caused serious problems for human beings.Therefore,it takes time to protect the health of the human body from harmful radiation.Graphene is a two-dimensional planar structure material produced by carbon atoms in the form of mesh contact,and has high performance in absorbing electromagnetic waves.Many experiments have proved that graphene has very high electrical conductivity.Polyaniline has excellent electrical conductivity,is very stable,and has a strong ability to absorb electromagnetic waves.The polyaniline-graphene composite material is prepared by a templateless method and applied to textiles.This process is characterized by low reagent consumption and high safety.Research on the simple process of template-free method and explore whether this preparation method can improve the performance of future fabrics.This paper mainly carried out the following series of work:(1)Preparation of polyaniline in different organic solvents.Polyaniline is prepared by using a template-free method using different solvents.The effect of different organic solvents on the surface of polyaniline was observed with a high-power electron microscope(SEM).Polyaniline was prepared with deionized water,ethanol,acetonitrile,methanol,ether,ethyl acetate,chloroform and salicylic acid solutions to prepare polyaniline.Four types of polyaniline.Through a series of analyses such as morphology,molecular structure,crystal lattice and thermal weight loss,it is found that changing the solvent used to synthesize polyaniline has a certain effect on the morphology,but the solvent has little effect on other properties of polyaniline.The conductivity difference is not big,basically close to 0.1S×cm-1,(2)Production of polyaniline-graphene composite materials.Three polyanilines with outstanding morphologies were selected from four polyanilines with different morphologies,and graphene was doped into them.To study the effect of adding graphene during polyaniline polymerization on the polymerization of polyaniline-graphene composites.The three types of polyaniline are: rosette type,nanorod type and hollow microsphere structure.Through testing,it is observed that the prepared material can still maintain the morphology and structure of polyaniline,and the conductivity is much higher than that of single polyaniline,between0.29-0.35 S·cm-1.(3)Preparation of polyaniline-graphene composite fabric.The above-mentioned polyaniline-graphene composite material is made into a composite fabric.After observation,it is found that the morphology of the polyaniline-graphene composite material on the fabric still maintains its original morphology,that is,the rosette type,nanorod type,and hollow microsphere structure.The analysis explored three assembled composite materials.Analyze sample morphology,molecular structure,and thermal stability through high-power scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and thermogravimetric analysis(TG),and use vector analyzer(VNA)to analyze the electromagnetic properties of the three samples Shielding performance,in the frequency range of 8-13 GHz,the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness is 0.15-2.92 dB.
