Research On The Design Of Indoor Fitness Equipment For The Elderly

The aging problem nowadays has become an important issue with the development of our country.The health level of the elderly is directly related to the way and quality of exercise.At present,the fitness equipment for the elderly,especially the fitness equipment suitable for indoor use,is not perfect in design.This paper systematically analyzes how the design of indoor fitness equipment and service system is affected by the elderly's old-age care style and environment,as well as the impact of aging physical and psychological conditions.It also investigates the living conditions for the elderly,analyzes and integrates relevant factors and applies them to the design of indoor fitness equipment for the elderly.The design focuses on how to shape the systematicness and interactivity of indoor fitness equipment for the elderly to improve the fitness experience and fitness effects of the elderly,thereby improving the quality of life and health of the elderly.
