With the accelerated pace of people's lives,there is less and less time for them to focus on fitness.Every day they have to deal with a lot of work,to sit for long time and have no time to do the exercise,moreover they have fixed but small Society of Friends,all of these make them feel stressful but they have no palce to release the pressure.Modern physical and mental sub-health status can not be ignored any more.At the same time with the improvement of people's aesthetic consciousness,they no longer blindly regard "thin" as the only measure of beauty standards,they want to have the body with excellent muscle and more and more people accept that is the right way to be more beautiful.Fitness club and fitness equipment market have got great development opportunity.There is not so much people can insist a long and sentific fitness under so seemingly convenient conditions.The main reason is the mismatch between the fitness environment and people's real needs.The design and the function of the fitness equipment is always in the same way,and they find it is so boring and they even don't want to exercise any more.This paper will talk about why we want to change the fitness from the "gym" to the "home".I did a survey about the users' need of home fitness through the questionaire in the crowd of 15 to 30 years old who have the desire of muscle shaping.And I also had an interview with a professional fitness coach to find the existing problems of existing equipment and movement methods.Try to find the real need of the target users.The main part of the subject is to design the fitness equipment,and from the direction of interactive design,to explore the interaction design for fitness behavior,psychological,to provide users with a better user experience and emotional experience through a breakthrough in the form of large products and fitness model.
