| Wengfu Phosphate Mine is a phosphate mining and separation mine owned by Wengfu Group of Guizhou Province.With the decrease of mine reserves,the company urgently needs to mine underground ore bodies in the north east wing of the tunnel section.The stress system of rock mass in this section will be gradually broken and unbalanced by underground and open pit mining,and the open pit slope may lose stability and be destroyed.Through practice investigation,experimental exploration and numerical analysis,the stability of the slope under the underground mining condition in Wengfu Phosphate Mine is studied systematically.(1)Through geological survey,combined with geological survey report,sampling in the corresponding range of mining area and processing rock samples,basic rock mechanical parameters are obtained through indoor experiments,which can provide basic mechanical parameters for subsequent numerical simulation calculation.(2)According to the characteristics of the combined open-pit and underground mining in the rock-piercing cave mine,the production plan is decomposed by year,and the technological process and the relationship between the open-pit and underground mining are summarized,which is of guiding value.(3)In order to ensure the stability of order to ensure the stability of underground goaf,the exposed area of underground goaf when roof is rock mass and filling body with different thickness is obtained for 7 special working conditions,and the exposed area of underground goaf when roof is rock mass and filling body with different thickness is obtained for 8 special working conditions.(4)The research shows that under some special and most dangerous conditions,the stability of the open-pit slope can be guaranteed under the control of the corresponding exposed area of underground goaf,underground engineering and underground blasting parameters,that is to say,the open-pit and underground joint mining scheme of Wengfu Phosphate Mine is feasible. |
