With the improvement of people ' s quality of life,all kinds of drinks have gradually entered people ' s lives,which has promoted the development of the beverage industry.A variety of fruit drinks should appear.The taste and nutrition of drinks are deeply loved by people,but the following problems are the secondary filling of drinks and the excessive filling of drinks,which are particularly serious in recent years.Faced with this problem,this thesis decided to study the physicochemical properties of seabuckthorn juice by near infrared spectroscopy and high performance liquid chromatography.In this thesis,near-infrared spectroscopy combined with chemometrics was used to detect the sugar content,acidity and soluble solid content in Hippophae rhamnoides juice by near-infrared spectroscopy.Hippophae rhamnoides juice was identified,and the content of Hippophae rhamnoides juice in beverage industry was quantitatively detected.This study is of great significance for strengthening the supervision of seabuckthorn juice quality,improving the corporate image of seabuckthorn beverage manufacturing industry and improving the detection level of seabuckthorn juice quality.The findings are as follows:1.Near infrared spectroscopy nondestructive testing of sea buckthorn juice quality.Four different sea buckthorn juices,including Lvliangyeshanpo,desert flower,vinegar willow mountain and Weishijie,were used as experimental raw materials.The sugar content,acidity and soluble solids content of four sea buckthorn juices were measured by WYA Abbe refractometer and BP-10 PH meter,as the determination data of model accuracy.The above four seabuckthorn juices were collected by infrared spectrometer,and the collected sample set data were smoothed.Combined with PLS and PCR two modeling methods,the near infrared models of sugar content,acidity and soluble solid content in four seabuckthorn juices were obtained.The validation set was substituted into the model for detection,and the PH and SSC values of seabuckthorn juice were collected.The predicted value was compared with the content measured in the first step,and the results showed that the real value was particularly close to the predicted value.The established model can better predict the sugar content,acidity and soluble solids content in these four seabuckthorn drinks.The accuracy of the predicted value can reach more than 95 %,and the established model has good effect.2.Establishment of near infrared model of seabuckthorn juice content.Seabuckthorn juice was used as the sample,diluted with different concentrations to obtain different concentration gradients for spectral collection.The Unscrambler X10.4 software was used for modeling,and the PLS optimization method was used.The RMSEP of the final model was 3.295,and the value of R-Square was 0.964,which was close to 1.The model had better effect,and the content of seabuckthorn juice in each seabuckthorn brand could be accurately analyzed and determined.
