With the development of coal mining technology,large mining height mining method has become one of the main methods in various mining areas in our country.However,modern research has not conducted in-depth research on the movement and movement laws of the key layers in the mining process of the large mining height face.During the mining process,it was found that some hydraulic support safety valves were often opened.This paper analyzes the law of pressure on the 607 large mining height face in Liyazhuang Coal Mine in order to further understand the law of its migration.This article discusses a series of safety issues,such as roof cracking,coal wall peeling,gangue leakage between supports,etc.Taking the 607 high mining face of Liyazhuang Coal Mine as the research object,scientific methods such as exploration investigation,theoretical calculation and simulation analysis are adopted.The stratum behavior law and control technology of coal seam spalling in 607 large mining height face are further analyzed.First,analyze the geological conditions,and secondly,calculate the fundamentals to compress the step distance;further the coal wall support pressure is decomposed into three stages: elastic deformation,plastic deformation,and stability.Secondly,based on FLAC 3D simulation and calculation of the coal wall support pressure distribution and the damage of the overlying structure during coal mining.Then,through on-site monitoring of the mine pressure law and coal wall spalling,it is concluded that the direct support pressure of the working face has an influence range of 0 to 65 meters,and the main support pressure is within 25 meters.The maximum pressure is located 10 meters from the coal wall in front of the working face,and its pressure is 34 MPa.Coal wall spalling mainly occurs on the side and middle of the working face.The pressure at the return air slot is higher than the pressure at the front section,and wall noise is frequent.Finally,through the analysis of the rock pressure monitoring data of 607 working face in December,it is concluded that the surrounding rock deformation and rock pressure appearance change law of the large mining height fully mechanized mining face.
