Electricity is the main driving force of the modern coal industry and occupies a very important position in the coal production system.Due to the particularity of the coal mine production environment,and with the continuous improvement of coal mine mechanization,automation,and intelligence,the requirements for the operational safety and reliability of coal mine power grids are getting higher and higher.This article takes coal mine power grids as the research object to study its power supply safety The reliability system analysis method is of great significance.This paper analyzes the characteristics of coal mine power supply system connection mode,combined with case analysis of common power supply problems in coal mines,summarizes the main content that should be included in coal mine power grid safety analysis,and calculates and analyzes power flow,short circuit calculation and analysis,and N-1 calibration of coal mine power grid.The necessity of analysis such as testing,isolated grid operation,power quality testing and analysis,and capacitance current testing and analysis is explained.The power system analysis integrated program(PSASP)is selected as the simulation platform,and the related algorithms of power flow calculation,short-circuit calculation,and stability calculation are introduced.Combined with the characteristics of dual-circuit power supply in coal mines,the safety requirements of the economic operation of transformers are analyzed,and the research summarizes the power quality and The specific test method of capacitive current.Combined with the actual power grid of a coal mine,systematically calculate the power flow and bus voltage of the power supply network under various operation modes of the coal mine,and then calculate the load rate of each line and transformer under various operation modes,and evaluate whether the power supply capacity meets the relevant requirements of the coal mine power grid.At the same time,according to the results of the power flow calculation,the power supply system line and transformer losses under different operation modes are counted,and the power supply economy of each operation mode is evaluated under the safety requirements.Finally,the power supply capacity and power supply under various operation modes of the mine are obtained.Evaluation results of economy and power supply reliability,and operation recommendations are given.
