As the main transportation equipment connecting the underground and the ground,the hoist plays a vital role in mine production.There may be faults such as overload and conveyance jam during the operation of the hoist.In order to ensure the safe operation of the hoist,this paper proposes a scheme of a dynamic monitoring system for hoist load based on fiber grating.Firstly,the rigid flexible coupling virtual prototype model is established by using UG software,ANSYS software and ADAMS software to analyze the strain changes of the crown wheel bearing seat under different operating conditions and different hoisting loads of the hoist,and the relationship between the hoisting load and the bearing seat strain is studied and analyzed.At the same time,the influence of different equivalent wire rope length on the simulation results is analyzed,and the numerical calculation combined with finite element analysis method is used to simplify the simulation to guide the field experiment application.Secondly,the hardware of the load monitoring system is designed and analyzed,and the main hardware in the hardware system is selected and analyzed,installation protection,hardware connections of various parts,and data transmission methods are studied.A load monitoring experiment plan is constructed on the winding hoisting test bed,and the strain of the bearing seat of head sheave under different operating conditions and different hoisting loads is collected for local weighted regression analysis.Using the method of data mining,in the Statistica software,regression analysis of multiple sets of experimental data of load capacity,and comparison of the accuracy of the analysis model of different analysis methods.Then,the host computer of the load monitoring system is built using Lab VIEW software to realize the functional requirements of the system such as sensor configuration,load monitoring and fault diagnosis.Finally,the experimental application is carried out on the actual hoist working site,combined with the actual working conditions on the site,the acquisition plan of the strain,displacement and other signals is determined,and the Loess method is used to process and analyze the changes of the bearing seat strain collected on site in each stage of the hoisting cycle,and pass The calibration reflects the hoisting load.By comparing and analyzing the hoisting load measured by the oil pressure conversion method,the feasibility of the monitoring method of this subject is verified.There are 106 figures,21 tables and 98 references in this paper.
