Bolting works in fully mechanized excavation face are for the underground workers in the coal mine.Due to the harsh working environment and high intensity work load,they are more likely to work fatigue and induce accidents.Because sleep is the main way to eliminate fatigue,ensuring good sleep is particularly important for bolting workers.Good sleep helps bolting workers have more energy and physical strength to cope with the complex working environment and ensure safe and efficient production in the mine.Firstly,by studying the work environment and content of the bolting workers,analyze the sleep features of bolting workers and construct a sleep quality evaluation system.Secondly,use fuzzy mathematics to comprehensively evaluate the sleep quality of the bolting workers,and determine the sleep quality level of the bolting workers.Thirdly,the fatigue recovery test of the bolting workers is carried out to explore the effect of sleep quality in fatigue recovery.Finally construct and verify the sleep quality grade prediction model.(1)Analyze the features of bolting work in fully mechanized excavation face by studying bolting work environment,process and fatigue.Analyze the sleep features of the bolting workers by studying the characteristics of bolting work.(2)According to the bolting work features and sleep features of the bolting workers in fully mechanized excavation face,construct a sleep quality evaluation system for bolting workers to comprehensive evaluate their sleep quality,which includes 4 first-level indicators and 18 second-level indicators,and explain each indicator.The method of combining subjective and objective is selected to determine the index weight.Use the grade proportion method to construct the membership evaluation matrix,and finally establish the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of sleep quality.(3)The paper evaluates the sleep quality of the bolting workers in fully mechanized excavation face of Shanxi Huayang Group's Xinjing Coal Mine,Xinyuan Coal Mine,and Xindadi Coal Mine.According to the constructed model,the weight of each index is calculated by AHP and entropy weight method.The sleep quality of the bolting workers in fully mechanized excavation face is determined to be 3.3358,which is at a general level.Secondly,to explore the effect of sleep quality in fatigue recovery,take 10 bolting workers as the research objects,and it is found that the flash fusion frequency,reaction time and number of errors of the bolting workers after sleep(P<0.05)are significantly different by carrying out flash fusion measurement or sound and light reaction time measurement.So sleep plays an important role in fatigue recovery.Thirdly,select 40 bolting workers and divide them into the experimental group and the control group.The sleep quality of the bolting workers in fully mechanized excavation face is measured,and the constructed sleep quality score prediction model help the bolting workers take measures to ensure their own sleep quality.Finally,propose measures to improve sleep quality from the organizational and personal aspects.There are 18 figures,43 tables and 91 references in this thesis.
