Fully mechanized excavation face is a complex system consisting of humanmachine-environment,with concentrated personnel and equipment and poor working environment.It is the place where accidents occur frequently.Although the level of mechanization of tunneling operation has been improved,the working space of tunneling face is narrow,and the workers are forced to work in bad working posture,which is prone to work fatigue and lead to safety accidents.Aiming at the safety and comfort of bolt support posture,this paper evaluates the bolt support posture by using AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,establishes the simulation scheme with the space size of the workplace as the variable that affects the largest proportion of the bolt support posture factors,establishes the simulation model of human-machine system through CATIA software,and imitates the posture with the lowest score.Really,get a reasonable space size range of roadway sites,so as to maximize the comfort of workers and ensure the safety of bolt support workers.Mainly includes the following aspects of research content(1)Analyzing the working posture and efficiency of the human body,statistics are made on the working postures of the support workers(temporary support,roof support and side support)in the fully mechanized excavation face,and 18 working postures of the support workers(temporary support),25 working postures of the support workers(roof support)and 27 working postures of the support workers(side support).(2)Analyzing the factors affecting the support working posture of fully mechanized excavation face,using AHP method to analyze the weight of each factor,it is concluded that the highest proportion of the factors affecting the support working posture of fully mechanized excavation face is the "space size of the work site".Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,the support working posture(temporary support,roof support and side support)is scored.The lowest working posture scores of support workers(temporary support,roof support and support)are "erecting pillars and holding steel strips","starting pneumatic bolter and drilling bolt holes" and "drilling holes at bottom and side".(3)72 and 210 simulation schemes of bolt support operation(roof support and support)are established according to the variable of "space size of work place".The lowest score posture in roof support is analyzed by using RULA analysis function of CATIA human factor engineering design and analysis module,and the reasonable space size of work place is obtained.
