In this paper,the engineering background is the filling along the goaf side of the high-water material roadway at the 22301 working face of Tunlan Coal Mine,combined with the shortcomings of the original roadway support program on-site application,using relevant mechanical theory analysis,combined with computer numerical simulation software and supplemented by on-site The method of mine pressure monitoring has studied the support problem of the roadway filling and leaving the roadway along the goaf,and has carried out a more systematic analysis of the overlying rock activity law,the stress distribution change and the coal bank force situation during the mining of the working face roadway.Analyze and design the filling body and the supporting scheme of the roadway along the goaf.First,by establishing the structural mechanics model of the overburden rock filling along the gob side of the roadway,the mechanical structure relationship between the roof,the filling body and the roadway is revealed,the interaction mechanism between the three is studied,and the different periods are discussed.The overlying rock migration law,supporting pressure distribution and stress evolution law of the stope are established.A mechanical model of the filling body cut-top and roadway staying along the gob is established,and the supporting resistance of the filling body beside the cuttop roadway is calculated and analyzed,and its width is determined to be 2.2m.Secondly,combined with the surrounding rock structure of the roadway left along the goaf in the working face,the deformation mechanism is determined,and the action mechanism of the filling body next to the roadway is analyzed.It must maintain the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway with its strong supporting force.The strength and self-supporting force of surrounding rock are also important factors.Then,the layout scheme of the roadside filling body and the roadside support scheme were strictly designed.The initial support plan and the reinforcement support plan for retaining roadways along the goaf were successfully proposed.The stress field and displacement field of the surrounding rock at the mining face were calculated using FLAC 3D three-dimensional numerical simulation software,and the reinforcement support and non-reinforced support were calculated.The surrounding rock force and deformation conditions under the two supporting schemes were compared and studied,and the necessity and rationality of reinforcing and supporting the roadway with high water filling along the goaf was discussed.Finally,through on-site industrial tests,longterm mine pressure monitoring was carried out on the implementation of filling next to high-water material roadways along goafs.The results of mine pressure monitoring were analyzed and discussed based on the monitoring data,and it was found that the overall deformation of the surrounding rock was in line with safe production.Requirements,the stability of the surrounding rock has been significantly improved,which proves that the proposed filling body support and roadway reinforcement support program can meet the needs of on-site engineering safety and stable production.At the same time,the economic and social benefits are analyzed and the paper is verified.The proposed plan is reasonable and effective.The research results have strong practicality and practical significance.
