With the high-speed development of GDP,the demand for fossil energy will increase greatly,in the next two or three decades,the growth of energy demand will mainly depend on the increase of coal production.Shandong is a big coal producing province,however with the depletion of shallow coal resources,the major coal mining enterprises can only mine deep coal resources to extend the mine service life.It is difficult for pressure relief task by using small hole pressure relief technology in deep underground,seriously affect the mining efficiency,thus restricted the coal mine production capacity.The development of large diameter pressure relief screw drill is the key to solve the urgent problem of rock burst pressure relief in deep coal seam.Therefore,this paper focuses on the actual conditions of rock burst pressure relief in deep coal seam,combined with the existing auger machine technology,the basic function of large-aperture pressure-relieving auger drilling rig is analyzed,In order to obtain the overall design scheme and basic technical parameters,and the key technologies of cutting power system and pressure relief drill pipe of Large-aperture Pressure-relieving Auger Drilling Rig are studied,theoretical calculation design,finite element simulation analysis and industrial test are used,the structural analysis and design of large-aperture pressure-relieving auger drilling rig are carried out,design and Simulation of key hydraulic system circuit,analysis and Simulation of key parameters of mechanical slag removal,three kinds of parameters are designed,It provides design basis and experimental basis for the design and processing of large-aperture pressure-relieving auger drilling rig.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First,based on the cutting theory of screw drill and modular design theory,the overall design idea of switching three working modes of large-aperture pressure-relieving auger drilling rig: high speed small torque,medium speed medium torque and low speed large torque,by replacing reducer unit is proposed,In addition,the theoretical design and calculation of cutting power for the designed drilling rig are carried out,simulation analysis and hydraulic simulation,the feasibility of the overall scheme is verified.Secondly,considering the existing types of pressure relief drill pipe,the structure of the designed spiral drill pipe is optimized,the connecting device of drill pipe is put forward,in order to realize the forward and reverse rotation and fast connection of drill pipe;Three kinds of drill pipe models with different helix number and blade core difference are established by using cero 3.0 software,under the same boundary conditions,the outlet mass flow rate,intermediate mass flow rate and drill pipe stress are taken as qualitative evaluation indexes,EDEM simulation software is used to simulate high,medium and low speed,the key parameters that affect the efficiency of mechanical slag removal and the probability of congestion are obtained.Finally,through site and industrial test,it is proved that the large-aperture pressure-relieving auger drilling rig fully meets the design requirements,has reasonable structure and is safe and reliable,also the key foundation parameters of large-aperture pressure-relieving auger drilling rig are verified by analogy test,it provides the basis for the industrial production of the rig,it is proved that it is necessary to study the key technology of large-aperture pressure-relieving auger drilling rig.The successful development of large-aperture pressure-relieving auger drilling rig will has a huge market prospect in the rock burst prevention and control equipment.This dissertation has 82 figures,23 tables and references.
