As the most important technical measure of regional gas disaster control and resource utilization in high gas,coal and gas outburst coal seam,coal seam drilling gas drainage has been widely used underground.More than 70%of coal seams in China have gas extraction concentration lower than 10%.When the gas concentration is between 5%and 16%,even gas explosion accidents occur.From 2010 to 2018,the average annual gas extraction volume of coal mine is 11.8 billion m~3,and the average annual utilization rate is only 35.2%.The reason is that there is a mismatch between negative pressure and parameters in underground gas drainage system,which is the reason of low gas drainage concentration.In order to realize the reasonable matching between the negative pressure and the parameters of gas extraction,the self-adaptive control method of gas extraction parameters is proposed.The dynamic matching mechanism between the working condition parameters of the extraction system,the negative pressure of the pipe network and the characteristic parameters of gas extraction is studied.The electric control valve and the micro variable frequency pump are installed at the key nodes of the extraction pipe network to realize the on-demand supply of the negative pressure.The self-adaptive control model of gas drainage parameters in coal mine is established,and the numerical simulation software is used to simulate and optimize the gas drainage pipeline.The results show that the gas concentration at the outlet of the regulated gas drainage pipeline network system will increase,which proves the effectiveness of the self-adaptive control model of gas.Due to the complexity of the underground situation,from the perspective of practicality and economy,the multi-level adaptive control scheme is proposed,and the multi-level adaptive control program is debugged by building the experimental platform of gas drainage system.Finally,the multi-level adaptive control program is used to simulate the control based on the real data of gas drainage working face.The results show that not only the gas concentration is improved,but also the gas drainage time is prolonged.
