The vaccine is one of the effectively control avian influenza method. The avian influenza vaccine plants sprang up as the hot spot in the post- avian influenza period, there are many problems in environment control. Different from other pharmaceutical cleanrooms, it plants must assure vaccine's quality and stuff & environment safety at same time. The article studies on theirs product layout and plane layout for the plant, especially on control of pressure grads in order and cleanness for design, construction and acceptance in negative cleanarea refer to construction experience for vaccine plants and environment control standards from other countries.This paper would solve the problems, which negative pressure area not only has large area, but also connects with positive area. It makes control of pressure grads in order and cleaness in cleanrooms more difficult. A kind of reasonable plane layout would be put forward. Make high cleanness and high anti-poison rooms in the center of cleanarea to reduce control difficulty. This paper would get the optimum project through comparing many projects on control effect, control difficulty, total energy consumption. And leakage would have a large influence on cleanness control in a negative area. This paper would introduce theoretical combined test means to calculate gap leakage volume and put forward the measure of self-clean to increase cleanness in interstitial spacesome to solve leakage in negative area. The effect has been proved in theoretical calculation and practical test. Some measures such as the positive pressure source, the negative pressure sink, the high efficiency exhaust sealed with dynamic airflow were all effective in theory. The theory study and some technical measures would help to control the pharmaceutical production enviorment in the avian influenza vaccine plants.
