The complex and rough surface of the roadway coal has an important impact on the supporting efficiency of the bolt support system.In order to solve the problem of the breakage of the bolt tray caused by the complex and rough surface of the roadway coal,the end of the rod body is broken and the surrounding rock is damaged due to stress concentration."Empty"phenomenon,this paper establishes the coal and rock surface roughness grade evaluation standard,and uses the developed coal and rock surface roughness intelligent image recognition software to identify and count the roughness of the roadway coal and rock surface,and construct a flexible composite arch that adapts to the complex rough coal and rock surface of the roadway.This paper uses a combination of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and on-site industrial testing to conduct a systematic and in-depth study on the software reliability and the use effect of flexible composite arched pallets.The following main conclusions are obtained:(1)Analyze the one-dimensional linear description of coal surface roughness,the two-dimensional area quantitative characterization,and the three-dimensional fractal research,establish the coal surface roughness grade evaluation standard from the theoretical level,and obtain the typical coal surface roughness profile Line,discuss the reliability of the evaluation standard of coal surface roughness grade from engineering practice,and lay the bottom evaluation standard for the intelligent image recognition system of coal surface roughness.(2)Develop intelligent image recognition software for coal and rock surface roughness through MATLAB language environment.The software includes image preprocessing,image feature extraction,image feature analysis and other functions to realize the use of explosion-proof camera non-contact measurement acquisition and software intelligent image recognition The method is used to accurately identify the roughness of coal and rock surface images collected from coal mine roadways and quickly count them.(3)Construct a flexible composite arch tray that is adaptable to the complex and rough surface of the coal and rock of the roadway.Using ANSYS Workbench numerical simulation software to analyze the mechanical properties of the flexible composite arch tray and the optimal thickness of the flexible gasket,it is concluded that due to the existence of the flexible gasket,the stress concentration on the surface of the tray can be effectively improved,and the optimal thickness of the flexible gasket is 8~12mm.FLAC3D numerical simulation software is used to analyze the influencing factors of the flexible composite arched pallet to play the pre-stress diffusion effect and the control effect on the surrounding rock between the bolts.It is concluded that the increase of the pre-tightening force will increase the range of the pre-stress area and the average value of the pre-stress,and the connection between the initial end of the anchor bolt and the compressive stress area near the pallet will be strengthened.The flexible composite arched pallet can effectively improve the stress state of the surrounding rock and reduce.The density of bolt support can control the large deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway.(4)In combination with the actual engineering geological conditions of 10904 working face of Jin Gu Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,industrial tests were carried out to verify the reliability of the intelligent image recognition software for coal and rock surface roughness and the actual use effect of flexible composite arch pallets.The deformations of the sides are 59mm and 66mm,respectively,and the monitoring results of the anchoring force of the bolt support show that it has been maintained at the working load state,which achieves the effect of high-efficiency control of the surrounding rock of the roadway,and provides new ideas for the intelligent roadway support system in my country.There are 78 figures,11 tables and 81 references.
