The overburden isolation grouting filling technology is a filling mining method to control the surface subsidence caused by underground mining or the construction and structure coal compression problem.With the key layer theory as the core,the cavity of the main layer below the main key layer above the mined space area for fly slurry injection filling,the compacted ash will support the main key layer under upper pressure to prevent the surface subsidence,the law of grouting flow is the important theoretical foundation for grouting filling.When the slurry is injected into the interlayer area from the surface high pressure,as the slurry flow of the coal seam mining is always in the black box state,it is difficult to directly study the slurry flow law,so a physical simulation experiment system able to study the slurry flow law is urgently needed.This paper establishes an experimental system for full dynamic simulation and performs the experimental application.(1)Because the slurry flow process simulates rock layer contact and water and infiltration water absorption process,the traditional similar simulation material is difficult to support the experiment,the new fluid solid coupling similar simulation material is developed,through the matching debugging and adding new materials.Compared with the traditional similar simulation materials,the material has water-collapse characteristics,certain water storage and permeability ability,permeability and water storage capacity are adjustable,short preparation cycle and repeated raw materials,greatly shortening the test cycle,accelerating the physical simulation experiment,which is also the successful foundation of this experiment.(2)A three-dimensional experimental system was developed for simulating grouting process,with grouting module,mining module and monitoring module,simulation and data acquisition,and realized slurry flow,grouting pressure,slurry thickness distribution and sinking data with the mining process,providing simple and practical physical simulation scheme for the slurry flow law.(3)The experiment of the slurry flow law of the whole grouting process conducted a complete physical simulation of the experimental system and verified the rationality and practicability of the experimental system.This paper contains 46 drawings,7 tables,and 92 references.
