Titanium/aluminum composite plate has good electrical and thermal conductivity of aluminum and high strength,corrosion resistance,wear resistance and high temperature impact resistance of titanium.It can not only cope with more complex work environment,but also reduce production cost.Therefore,it has broad development prospects in the fields of aerospace,metallurgical machinery,petrochemical industry,construction engineering and other fields with very complex working environment.Because the deformation resistance of titanium and aluminum is quite different,and the deformation of composite rolling is extremely uncoordinated at the same temperature,the titanium/aluminum composite plate is prepared by different temperature rolling with electromagnetic induction heating.Firstly,the model of static heating titanium/aluminum composite plate by electromagnetic induction is established,and appropriate parameters and coil shapes are selected,so that the temperature of titanium plate reaches 700 ℃-900 ℃,and the temperature of aluminum plate reaches 100℃-300℃,which meets the requirements of titanium/aluminum differential temperature rolling.The ANSYS software is redeveloped by Visual Basic to realize mobile induction heating of slab and make the temperature of slab more uniform in the rolling width direction.Secondly,the differential temperature rolling model of titanium/aluminum is established by ANSYS LS-DYNA,and the slab temperature of induction heating model is introduced into the model,and the rolling stress field and strain field are obtained,and the composite properties and deformation coordination of titanium/aluminum are analyzed.Finally,it is concluded that when the temperature of titanium plate is 800℃-850℃ and the reduction is 30%-40%,the composite properties and deformation coordination can meet the requirements.Thirdly,According to the simulation parameters,an experimental platform is established to prepare titanium/aluminum composite plate When the temperature of titanium plate is 850℃ and the reduction is 40%,the composite interface strength reaches77 MPa.Finally,the microstructure of interface and fracture of titanium/aluminum composite plate was observed,and the bimetal rolling composite mechanism was obtained: cracks appeared on titanium side surface during rolling,and aluminum metal was squeezed into cracks because of its good fluidity,and two kinds of fresh metals formed metallurgical bonding under the action of temperature and pressure.
