Will be accompanied by a large amount of steel slag to produce steel smelting process,and at present,the utilization of steel slag waste less than 60%,so the rational utilization of steel slag is of great significance to our country iron and steel industry sustainable development efficiency.Unburned ceramsite as a new type of low carbon environmental protection building materials,as the aggregate of concrete used in high-rise structures or large,can play a good performance,has significant economic benefits.In this study,based on the concept of efficient utilization of waste materials,using steel slag-slag and fly ash-slag as the basic materials,cement as the binder,by adding alkali activator and foaming agent to prepare non-firing ceramsite,and its performance was systematically analyzed.Experiment with steel slag fly ash slag as the main raw material for preparation of ceramsite matrix,and the preparation process of unburned ceramsite to explore,research on ceramsite performance system.First of all,through practice operation,master the conditions needed for the laboratory pelletizing pelletizer success requirements and dosage of nanometer spray atomizer and the number of steps,the technical parameters of the pelletizing is determined.Secondly,by comparing the excitation effects of different activators,sodium silicate solution and dihydrate gypsum compound agent were selected as the activator.Finally,the properties of fly ash and slag and steel slag-slag non-sintered ceramsite are compared.Through single factor analysis,the dosage range of different activators was selected,and on this basis,the optimal dosage and curing mechanism of different materials and additives were determined by orthogonal experimental calculation method.Among them,the best addition amount of sodium silicate and dihydrate gypsum were 3%and 5%,respectively,the best curing method was steam curing,the best steam curing time was 12 h,and the best steam curing temperature was 60?.The best properties of the non-sintered ceramsite were as follows:the bulk density was 1030 kg/m3,the cylinder compressive strength was 14.3 MPa,and the water absorption rate was 14.9%in1 h.The experimental results show that fly ash and slag as the matrix raw materials,the prepared non-sintered ceramsite has good stability,on the premise of ensuring the bulk density and water absorption is low,the cylinder compressive strength also shows a high level.Compared with fly ash,the activity of steel slag is lower and its properties are unstable,which leads to the poor properties of non-sintered ceramsite prepared when steel slag and slag are used as matrix materials.In addition,this experiment also used aluminum peroxide powder NH4CO3as foaming agent to successfully prepare lightweight non-sintered ceramsite,and the experimental process and results were investigated and analyzed.When aluminum powder NH4CO3was used as foaming agent,its preparation process was simple,but the obtained lightweight non-sintered ceramsite strength was low and water absorption was large;When hydrogen peroxide is used as foaming agent,although the preparation process is complex,the ceramsite obtained is smooth and compact,with low water absorption,high strength and excellent properties.
