Proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs)has attracted more and more attention due to their environmental friendliness,high specific power density and fast start-up at low temperature.Great efforts have been made in the development of PEMFCs to achieve energy sustainability,it becomes the research focus of a new generation of vehicle power supplies,fixed power supplies and portable power supplies.In this paper,We first explore the basic process of MEA.After using step voltage activation and 6 h activation time,its limiting current density and maximum power density can reach the highest value.When the temperature is 80?,The highest power density is 0.165 W/cm2.When the back pressure is 50 k Pa,The limiting current density can reach 700 m A/cm2.When the cathode flow rate is 0.2 L min-1,it has a lower charge transfer resistance.Since PTFE plays an important role in the gas transmission and water transmission of MEA,it is important to use different PTFE content.When the PTFE content is 30%,The density is 0.167 W/cm2.It shows that it forms a uniform three-phase reaction interface.Furthermore,we discussed the research of Nafion content in the catalytic layer.Since Nafion plays an important role in proton conduction,when the Nafion content is 32.5%,the highest power density is0.16 W/cm2,which also explains the appropriate amount of Nafion from another perspective.based on CTAB Surfactant dispersion,a nano level Pt/C catalysts is prepared via a Microwave ethylene glycol technology with Pt content of about 20 wt%.Due to CTAB stimulate Pt(111)growing selectively,synthetic Pt/C catalysts have regular face centered cubic(fcc)structure.When CTAB 5%,Pt/C catalysts show the highest mass activity of 0.517 Amg Ptand specific activity of 0.673 A/cm2at 0.9 V.Even after being prepared into MEA,the highest power density is 0.195 W/cm2.Thereby,the Pt/C catalysts with CTAB content of 5wt%still possess higher perforemance than the commerical Pt/C catalysts.
