As an important equipment to improve the efficiency of oil extraction,fracturing skid is widely used in the oil extraction industry.As an important part of its transmission system,the vibration characteristics of the gearbox have an important impact on the working performance of the whole machine.In this paper,the fracturing skid gearbox is selected as the research object,and the dynamic modeling and the vibration characteristics research are studied.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:The transient dynamics modeling method of fracturing skid gearbox is studied.The contact stiffness between the rolling elements of the tapered roller bearing and the inner and outer raceways is calculated by the Hertz contact theory.By setting different bearing roller parameters,the influence of roller parameters on bearing contact stiffness is discussed.Based on the oil film thickness,the oil film stiffness of the bearing is calculated,and the influence of the oil film on the comprehensive stiffness of the bearing is studied.The transient dynamics model of the system-level fracturing skid gearbox is established.The method of establishing viscoelastic contact between the meshing gear pairs and establishing a multi-point constrained connection between the inner and outer rings of the bearing is used to solve the overall mode of the gearbox.Based on the establishment of face-to-face contact between gear pairs,the transient dynamics modeling of the reduction gearbox is completed.The equivalent stress,vibration acceleration and vibration velocity of the key parts are obtained through dynamic simulation,and the influence of the oil film stiffness of tapered roller bearings on the vibration characteristics of gearbox is studied.The involute tooth profile modification equation considering the elastic deformation of the gear and the deformation of the tooth profile caused by the temperature rise is derived,and the influence of the gear helix angle,normal pressure angle and different loads on the tooth surface flash temperature and tooth profile deformation at the tooth profile meshing point is discussed.The gear modeling software was written by APDL language and the accurate modeling of the helical gear pair with tooth profile modification parameters was realized,on this basis,the influence of tooth profile modification on the contact force and load-bearing area was studied,and the optimization effects of different tooth profile modification curves is compared.Carried out the vibration test on the key parts of the gearbox,analyzed the influence of the rotation speed and load under different working conditions on the vibration amplitude.The accuracy of the transient dynamics model is verified through the comparison of simulation and experimental data.Through the tooth profile modification of planetary gears,the vibration acceleration and vibration speed of the gearbox are reduced.
