In the steel production process,the continuous casting mold is the key equipment for steel forming,which affects the efficiency of steel production and product quality.In the complex environment of high temperature and high dust in actual production,the actuator and displacement sensor of vibration displacement system of continuous casting mould are easily malfunctioned.Once a failure occurs,stopping the machine to find the failure and further troubleshooting will inevitably reduce the efficiency of steel production.In order to improve the stability and safety of the system operation,it is of great practical significance to study the fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control of the vibration displacement system of the continuous casting mold driven by the servo motor.In this paper,the fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control theory are studied for the possible displacement sensor faults and actuator faults of the continuous casting mold displacement vibration system.The main work content is as follows:First of all,combined with the continuous casting mold vibration test platform driven by the servo motor,through the analysis of the overall structure and working principle of the platform,the mathematical model of the servo motor part and the mechanical part is established,and finally the overall mathematical model of the system is obtained;and the control system The types of faults that are prone to occur are classified and summarized.Secondly,in view of the failure of the displacement sensor of the continuous casting mold vibration system,without considering the load disturbance,an adaptive fault diagnosis observer is designed to realize the fault estimation of the displacement sensor;Furthermore,an adaptive sliding mode observer is designed to realize the fault estimation of the displacement sensor of the continuous casting mold vibration system while considering the load disturbance and sensor failure,and the fault diagnosis observer can realize the fault detection through simulation verification.Third,in view of the possible failures of the displacement sensor of the continuous casting mold vibration system,the method based on the traceless particle filter is used to realize the estimation of the actual system displacement output value.The estimated value and the actual observation value are used to construct the residual,and the wavelet threshold denoising method based on empirical mode decomposition is combined with the exponentially weighted moving average graph of particle swarm optimization to process the residual to obtain a new residual sequence and fault detection threshold,so as to achieve accurate fault detection,and the effectiveness of the method is verified by simulationFinally,perform fault-tolerant control for possible actuator faults and displacement sensor faults in the continuous casting mold vibration displacement system.When the actuator fails,a robust adaptive fault-tolerant controller is designed to eliminate the impact of faults and disturbances on the system when the fault information is unknown.When the sensor fails,the feedback signal of the sensor is cut off,and the displacement open loop control mode is adopted.The mold is switched from non-sinusoidal vibration to sinusoidal vibration without fault,and then to non-sinusoidal vibration when the sensor is The mold is switched from non-sinusoidal vibration to sinusoidal vibration without fault,and then to non-sinusoidal vibration when the sensor is troubleshooting...
