Research On The Artistic Expression Of Chinese Elements In Latin Costume Design

Latin dance costume is the key composition of Latin dance complete presentation,is an important link to attract the attention of the audience.Therefore,during the spread and development of Latin dance culture in various countries,the design of Latin dance costumes has been widely concerned.Latin dance includes rumba,cha-cha,cowboy,samba,bullfight five specific dance types,the differences between the dance types corresponding to the Latin dance costume design is also different.Rumba is a form of dance for men and women to express their love.It is appropriate to choose clothes with light cloth to show women's soft and graceful posture.Music tends to be soft and gentle,full of elegant and soft temperament and color.The overall style of the cha-cha is cheerful and lively,so the skirt is suitable for the short style,which produces a strong sense of speed and strength.Jive dance with short,light clothing,samba enthusiasm,bold and unrestrained,focus on the hip ups and downs of the movement,so the dress is appropriate to the long skirt;Matador with its majestic,bold dance characteristics,clothing selection of black,red and other thick color is appropriate.To sum up,Latin dance perspective of artistic expression.This research is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research status of Chinese elements in Latin dance costume design at home and abroad,clarifies the academic value and application value of the research,and finally determines the research object,ideas and methods.The second part defines Chinese elements,costume design,Latin dance costume and other related concepts,which lays the foundation for the subsequent detailed and in-depth study of the application of Chinese elements in Latin dance costume design.The third part deeply studies the artistic expression form of Chinese elements in Latin dance costume design from the three aspects of Latin dance costume style,decoration and color,and analyzes in detail how to show the artistic charm of Latin dance with backless style,mid-length skirt,fish-tail skirt and other styles of dress.Fourth part of the planning of Chinese elements in Latin
