The Adaption Of Traditional Chinese Painting Elements In Chinese Brand Clothing

Traditional Chinese Painting is an prominent part of Chinese traditional culture.It is the artistic treasure of the Chinese nation.No matter in the expression of implication,color rendering,interest in painting or scroll composition,it all reflects the distinctive national characteristics and rich painting skills of writing brush and ink.Its unique painting,calligraphy system and artistic charm make it a typical representative of Oriental art.Therefore,learning and integrating the traditional elements of Chinese painting into Chinese brand clothing can not only promote the excellent traditional culture of China,but also expand and enhance the innovative ideas of designers,so as to promote the continuous development of Chinese brand clothing.Due to the wide range and rich variety of traditional Chinese painting,this paper is based on Wang Ximeng's “A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains”.Firstly,through literature,crafts,magazines,works and other materials,it explores the elements of traditional Chinese painting.At the same time,it collects and arranges the actual cases of the combination of traditional Chinese painting elements and brand clothing,in order to understand the current research status,research deficiencies,research results,research front,and dig out research innovation.Secondly,on the basis of the definition and classification of the elements of traditional Chinese painting.This paper mainly discusses the artistic features of A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains from the three elements of ink,composition and color.Thirdly,the author makes clear the definition of Chinese brand clothing and its historical development context.The author then selects the brands with certain influence and market awareness as the case,analyzes and draws lessons from the application of traditional Chinese painting elements in Chinese brand clothing,and sums up the methods,techniques and value prospects of the application of elements in the “A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains”.Finally,combining theory with practice,the author designs a series of Chinese brand clothes.The improved Chinese style garment structure is integrated into the design,and the mountain elements,flowers and grass patterns in “A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains” are used for reference to transform and recombine,and the Dazi embroidery and french embroidery combined with the technique of fabric stack are used to create a three-dimensional visual beauty of gradual changes in brush and ink on the clothing surface,with an unprecedented sense of spatial levels.The transformation of traditional Chinese painting elements from two-dimensional to three-dimensional modeling can better convey the “artistic conception beauty” of traditional Chinese painting art,thus promoting the diversification and personalized development of Chinese brand clothing and opening up the emerging market.
