This series of work mainly studies the preparation of biocomposite materials from light-responsive inorganic nanoparticles(black phosphorus,BP)and organic polymer(polyurethane,PU)and their applications in the field of antidepression and regulation of intestinal flora. The main contents of this paper are as follows:Chapter 1: We have a brief overview on the research background, physicochemical properties and applications of light-responsive biomedical materials BP,PU and gold nanoparticles(Au-Ns).Finally,the basis of the topic selection of this thesis are put forward.Chapter 2: We had demonstrated the therapeutic effect of BP Nanosheets loaded with fluoxetine(Flu)on depression therapy.Compared with free Flu,BP could improve the biocompatibility under near infrared(NIR)808 nm laser irradiation in vitro and in vivo studies.More importantly,BP-Flu-NIR had greatly shortened the therapy time of depression, which has great potential for clinical application in the future.Chapter 3: We had prepared thermosensitive polyurethane urea(TPUU),a multifunctional and low-toxic material for photothermal therapy in deep tissues.Subsequent experiments showed that TPUU was not only less toxic than Au-Ns,but also had excellent photothermal conversion ability, deep response depth and NIRinduced drug delivery. In addition,TPUU was also used to regulate the intestinal flora through external NIR radiation, which means that its therapeutic capabilities in deeper tissues have been expanded.
