Special printing equipment has high requirements for continuous operation,and maintenance is difficult.Once abnormal shutdown occurs,it will bring great economic losses.Therefore,a fixed period is generally used for the planned operation and maintenance of equipment.For enterprises,this operation and maintenance mode not only has high cost and low equipment utilization,but also has little effect in reducing equipment failure rate.In order to solve this problem,it is of great theoretical and practical value to adopt the method of on-line monitoring and early warning of equipment failure to realize preventive operation and maintenance.Based on the structure and fault characteristics of special printing equipment,this paper takes the gravure printing equipment of a printing enterprise as the research object,analyzes its fault types,causes and related characteristics,and constructs the Fault Tree of the equipment;uses FP-Growth association rule mining algorithm to establish the expert knowledge base,completes the diagnosis of equipment fault types and causes;constructs the Long and Short-Term Memory network model,the operation parameters of the equipment in the next period are predicted based on the time series,and the failure probability of the equipment is analyzed.On the basis of the above research,combined with the functional and nonfunctional requirements of the enterprise,a Data Acquisition System based on MQTT protocol is designed and built;using C# as the development tool,My SQL database and Windows operating system as the development platform,the fault monitoring and early warning system of equipment is designed and implemented.The system has the functions of data management,remote monitoring of equipment,fault diagnosis and prediction and other functions.The system has been successfully used in an enterprise,achieving the goal of online monitoring,fault warning and preventive operation and maintenance,reducing the operation and maintenance cost of the enterprise,and effectively improving the actual utilization rate of the equipment.
