Coal mine face equipment refers to mechanized equipment for coal mining,coal loading,coal transportation and other production processes in the fully mechanized mining face,each of which plays a key role in coal mine production.The working face is the first site of coal production.There are many equipments,the environment is harsh,the working space is small,and the equipment often fails.With the continuous optimization of the mine production system,the automation level of the fully mechanized mining equipment continues to improve,and China's coal mining technology is gradually moving towards intelligent and unmanned development.On the one hand,the improvement of equipment automation level increases coal mining efficiency,saves a lot of labor costs,and has good economic and social benefits;on the other hand,a large number of equipment maintenance and fault repair problems are also highlighted.The structure of the device is more and more complex,and the interdependence of each device increases.It is often difficult to find hidden dangers of the device in time.If a failure occurs,the entire coal mining system will be paralyzed.The working face has many gas and dust,and the visibility is poor.The traditional manual troubleshooting method poses a great threat to the safety and health of the staff,and it takes a lot of time,which seriously affects the production schedule and causes huge losses to the coal mine.Therefore,in order to further promote the development of intelligent unmanned mines and ensure the safe and efficient production of coal mines,while the automation level of fully mechanized mining equipment is continuously improved,it is urgent to conduct in-depth research on the condition monitoring and fault warning technology of fully mechanized mining face equipment.According to the actual situation of fully mechanized mining face,this paper aims to establish an intelligent unmanned or small working face,and developed a comprehensive monitoring and fault early warning system for coal mine working face equipment.In this paper,the equipment composition and common faults of fully mechanized mining face are studied firstly.On this basis,the overall function and requirements of the system are analyzed,and the overall design scheme of the system is determined.Secondly,the system hardware is designed and selected.The monitoring and communication substation and the fiber grating sensor are used to realize the collection and transmission of equipment data,and a unified communication protocol model of the working surface equipment is established.Then the equipment fault early warning algorithm based on BP neural network is studied.The problem of slow convergence and local minimization of BP algorithm is improved by genetic algorithm.After MATLAB simulation,the improved algorithm error and convergence speed are obtained.Very good improvement.Finally,the system software is designed,including sub-station configuration software,host computer software and fault warning software.It has many functions such as real-time display of equipment status,intelligent query,fault warning and operation and maintenance management.The system has been successfully applied to the fully mechanized mining face of a large coal mine,real-time monitoring of the equipment state of the fully mechanized mining face,and accurate warning and diagnosis of equipment failure,effectively improving the production efficiency of the coal mine and ensuring production.Safety has brought good economic and social benefits to the coal mine.
