Study On Cosmetic Effects Of 6 Fungi Fruiting Bodies And The Development Of Skin Care Products

The edible-medicinal fungi are rich in polysaccharides,proteins,vitamins,sterols and terpenoids and other components,which have the effects of fatigue resistance,anti-oxidation,anti-virus,anti-cancer,anti-inflammation,lipid-lowering and others.They are widely used in food,health care products,medicine,cosmetics and other fields.In this paper,the alcohol extracts of six kinds of fungi fruiting bodies of Lentinus edodes,Hericium erinaceus,Shiraia bambusicola,Agrocybe cylindracea,Inonotus obliquus,Armillaria mellea were selected to measure DPPH· free radical scavenging rate,tyrosinase inhibition rate and the protein non-enzymatic glycation experiment to study the antioxidant,whitening,and anti-glycation abilities.All had effects of scavenging DPPH · radicals,inhibiting tyrosinase activity,inhibiting Amadori products and AGEs products of non-enzymatic glycation reactions to a certain degree.The Inonotus obliquus had the best effect on scavenging DPPH·free radicals,inhibiting on tyrosinase activity and AGEs products.The Shiraia bambusicola had a good inhibitory effect on Amadori products and AGEs products of non-enzymatic glycation reaction.Aimed at eye skin aging problem,a variety of active ingredients were selected from different angles and scientifically combined according to the principle of synergy.The multi-functional anti-aging firming eye cream were developed with the alcohol extract of Inonotus obliquus as the main active ingredient.The best one were selected by sensory and physicochemical test,functional testing in vitro,and evaluated by means of human body tests and questionnaire surveys.The eye cream was smooth,easy to absorb,could tighten the eye skin and reduce wrinkles,also had a good moisturizing effect.The efficacy of whitening,antioxidant,anti-glycation of the water extracts of Shiraia bambusicola were studied through the test of DPPH· free radical scavenging rate,tyrosinase inhibition rate,the protein non-enzymatic glycation experiment.whitening essence emulsion was developed by mixing the extract with various whitening active ingredients.The product was comprehensively studied by in vitro experiment,human body test and questionnaire survey.After 90 days using,the values of skin gloss,whiteness,and moisture content were improved,the melanin was significantly reduced.And the user's skin looked more white and shiny.
