Under the background of vigorously implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy and relying on reform and innovation to enhance the development of agricultural products,the construction and development of agricultural products industry has become one of the important ways to promote the development of rural economy.Brand packaging planning as an important part of the construction of agricultural products industry,good brand packaging planning can pass its profound local history and culture to consumers,improve its regional visibility.How to promote the development of local culture with the planning and design of brand and packaging from the perspective of Rural Revitalization is the purpose of this research.Tartary buckwheat is the characteristic agricultural product of houjialou village and an important source of increasing farmers' income.The packaging planning of Tartary Buckwheat brand plays an important role in promoting the development of Tartary Buckwheat Industry in houjialou village.New design concepts are injected into the tartary buckwheat brand,regional cultural elements of houjialou village in Fenxi county are explored,and the design is used to boost the sales of Tartary Buckwheat brand products,so as to promote the development of local economy and Rural Revitalization.This topic is to take the local tartary buckwheat brand "Longqiao" in houjialou village of Fenxi County as an example.At present,there are some problems in the brand packaging of "Longqiao" tartary buckwheat,such as low recognition and low economic benefits.One of the important reasons for this problem is that its existing brand awareness is weak,the packaging design identification is low,and it does not integrate into the regional cultural characteristics.Therefore,through the research of Tartary Buckwheat consumer market and combined with the excellent cases of similar products at home and abroad,this paper makes clear the brand packaging positioning,extracts the regional cultural elements of houjialou village,and carries out the packaging planning design of "Longqiao" tartary buckwheat series products in the form of hand-painted illustration combined with modern performance methods.The purpose is to create the brand packaging culture of houjialou village Tartary Buckwheat by design,and further promote the development of the industry The development of buckwheat industry in houjialou village.
