With the deepening of exploration and mining work,the complexity and risk of drilling construction are getting higher and higher,and it is more and more urgent to improve drilling safety and drilling efficiency.In order to adapt to the above-mentioned changes in the drilling production environment,this article has researched and constructed a drilling production assistance system for an oilfield company.This system is based on the original multiple drilling information systems of the oilfield company,integrates,optimizes,and expands the original system.While monitoring the wellsite construction status,it provides a wealth of results data,data calculations and analysis models.So that oil field companies can better manage and guide drilling production.This article mainly analyzes and solves the following three problems:1.With the increase in drilling services,the load pressure of the real-time data server increases,and the page has a long wait.How to reduce the load pressure of the real-time data server is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.2.The method of establishing the drilling rate model relies on a large amount of logging data,and the scope of application is relatively limited.In order to cope with the changes in the drilling production environment,it needs to be optimized to increase its scope of application.3.The conventional algorithm for solving the parameters of nonlinear rheological equations is only suitable for scenarios that do not require high accuracy.This paper conducts investigations on drilling engineering related units,summarizes the needs of users,designs the system functions according to the needs,and proposes non-functional requirements.The functional modules of the system are designed and implemented.In the process of design and implementation:1.Establish a Redis database on the web server to cache real-time drilling data,change the way users request real-time data,reduce the number of requests for real-time data services,and reduce the load pressure on the real-time data server.2.Establish a drilling rate model based on the inversion method,use a small amount of logging data,and obtain the drilling rate equation parameters based on the iterative calculation method.The drilling rate prediction experiment verifies that the method is effective and feasible,and can be used in scenarios with insufficient logging data.3.Optimize the method of calculating the parameters of the nonlinear rheological equation,transform the parameter estimation of the nonlinear rheological equation into finding the minimum value of the one-variable function,and use the golden section algorithm to find the optimal parameters.Through the example verification,the rheological equation obtained by this method has more Smaller residual sum of squares,the rheological parameter sought is a better solution.After implementation,a series of tests were carried out on the system,including functional tests and non-functional tests.The system has been tested and deployed,and the user feedback is good.
