Evaluation Of Coal Logistics Efficiency And Analysis Of Influencing Factors In Inner Mongolia

In our country,coal resources are one of the most important primary energy sources occupying the dominant structure of energy.However,there is a high demand for coal in the east,south,and places where coal resources are relatively scarce.The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is rich in coal resources and has developed coal export,transportation and sales businesses.Therefore,the coal logistics in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has broad prospects for development.In recent years,as coal production costs have fallen more and more,people have begun to pay attention to the relatively high coal logistics costs.How to reduce coal logistics costs,reduce waste,and improve logistics efficiency has become a top priority for the development of today’s coal industry.The full text takes the coal logistics of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the research object,and specifically carries out the following research work:(1)Through combing the literature,the article defines the concepts of coal logistics and coal logistics efficiency,and analyzes the existing basic conditions and status quo of logistics development in Inner Mongolia based on technical efficiency theory and other related theories;then uses comparative analysis methods to analyze logistics resources The status of coal logistics in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and other major coal provinces in my country is compared and analyzed in terms of facility conditions,logistics input and output indicators.(2)Based on the 2010-2019 logistics-related data of Inner Mongolia and other major coal provinces in my country,the DEA method is used to construct a coal logistics efficiency evaluation model.From the horizontal and vertical dimensions,on the one hand,a comparative analysis including Inner Mongolia The efficiency of coal logistics in twelve provinces,on the other hand,analyzed the changes in the efficiency of coal logistics in Inner Mongolia over the past 10 years.(3)The article selects the five basic factors of Inner Mongolia from 2010 to 2019:regional economic development level,coal specialization level,regional logistics industry development level,logistics level of information,and logistics human capital as variables,and calculated using the Tobit econometric model The degree of influence of relevant influencing factors on the efficiency of coal logistics.Research indicates:(1)Comparative analysis of the current situation of logistics: From the perspective of coal logistics resources,the overall operation of coal in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is stabilizing and improving.Inner Mongolia is a large coal province,and coal consumption has continued to maintain a low-speed growth trend.At the same time,the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is also China ’ s main coal transfer province;from the perspective of coal logistics facilities,the railway transportation capacity in the region is insufficient,and the highway coal logistics nodes are important for economic development.Driven by gradual optimization,various large-scale logistics parks,storage facilities and logistics centers have rapidly emerged,and a highway coal logistics network with basic functions has been formed;from the perspective of coal logistics input and output indicators,the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has invested a lot of manpower in coal logistics,Material and financial resources,the coal transportation volume index in terms of output is at a medium level,but the output value of transportation and storage is low.(2)In terms of efficiency measurement: From a horizontal analysis perspective,the comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency,and scale efficiency of coal logistics in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are all at a relatively low level;from a longitudinal analysis perspective,the overall efficiency of the autonomous region has increased year by year from 2010 to 2017.Technical efficiency fluctuates year by year,and the overall scale efficiency is relatively high.By 2018 and 2019,the overall efficiency and spring technical efficiency have reached 1,and the scale efficiency has reached the best state.Projection analysis shows that there is investment redundancy.(3)Influencing factors: regional economic development level,coal specialization level,regional logistics industry development level,regional logistics level of information and Inner Mongolia coal logistics efficiency are positively correlated,and regional logistics human capital is negatively correlated with Inner Mongolia coal logistics efficiency Relationship.The most influential ones are the level of coal specialization and the level of information.Based on the evaluation of coal logistics efficiency in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the analysis results of factors affecting the efficiency of coal logistics,this article puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the logistics efficiency of the coal industry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to promote the scientific development of coal logistics in Inner Mongolia.
