Research On The Efficiency Evaluation Of Tianjin's Logistics Industry From The Perspective Of Low-carbon Development

Under the influence of economic development and related logistics policies,Tianjin's logistics industry has been increasing consumer demand and has achieved steady and high-speed sustainable development.However,the ensuing high energy consumption and high pollution caused great pressure and negative effects on the environment of Tianjin.Pollution control issues have gradually attracted the attention of the government,people and related scholars.The future development trend of low-carbon logistics has also become a research hotspot in the emerging industry of logistics.In recent years,Tianjin has been deeply affected by smog.Low-carbon and sustainable development are currently important driving forces for energy conservation and emission reduction related activities in Tianjin.The logistics industry,as a high-potential,fast-growing industry,is a key industry for environmental governance and supervision.It is necessary to properly handle the contradiction between the rapid development of the logistics industry and environmental pollution issues.Starting from the perspective of low-carbon development,this article calculates and analyzes the overall efficiency of the logistics industry in Tianjin.It expounds the development status and existing problems of low-carbon logistics in Tianjin,analyzes it and proposes feasible policies and establishments,and contributes to the good development of low-carbon logistics in Tianjin in the future.Through the analysis and collation of a large number of documents,this paper defines the relevant definitions of low-carbon logistics and performance evaluation,and selects performance evaluation methods that meet the research topics of this paper.On the basis of theoretical support,combined with the development status of Tianjin's low-carbon logistics industry,this paper selects reasonable indicators for regression analysis of influencing factors,establishes the evaluation index system of low-carbon logistics efficiency in this paper,evaluates the performance of Tianjin's low-carbon logistics industry from 2010 to 2019,and finally puts forward targeted policy recommendations.The research results obtained in this paper are as follows:(1)The pure technical benefits of Tianjin's logistics industry are already at a relatively high level,but there is still room for improvement in scale benefits.In the future,the development of Tianjin's logistics industry should focus on the optimization and upgrading of industrial scale,scientifically and rationally allocate logistics resources,improve the utilization rate of logistics resources,and comprehensively improve the efficiency of the logistics industry.(2)The regression results of factors influencing the efficiency of Tianjin ' s low-carbon logistics show that location factors,economic development,human resource levels,and government measures for pollution control can effectively improve the overall efficiency of Tianjin ' s low-carbon logistics industry.In the future,we should give full play to the advantages of Tianjin city,improve the efficiency and quality of the economic development of the logistics industry,enhance the practical application ability of logistics industry informatization,enhance the training of logistics professionals,and grasp the opportunities brought by government policies to the development of Tianjin's logistics industry.Comprehensively improve the efficiency of low-carbon logistics in Tianjin.
