The three-row cylindrical roller bearing is composed of two rows of horizontal rollers and one row of vertical rollers.It can withstand large radial loads,axial loads,and overturning moments,so it is widely used in complex loads.Its radial clearance determines whether the performance and life of the three-row cylindrical roller bearings meet the technical requirements,and the measurement of its radial clearance value becomes of great significance.The current method of measuring the radial clearance of three-row cylindrical roller bearings is measured by the average method,which has a small number of measurement points and insufficient measurement accuracy.At the same time,the maximum and the minimum values of the radial clearances of the three-row cylindrical roller bearings cannot be gotten.Based on the technical requirements of the enterprises and the characteristics of the three-row cylindrical roller bearings,this paper analyses the excellent radial clearance measurement schemes at home and abroad,and proposes a new measurement scheme for measuring the radial clearance of three-row cylindrical roller bearings.The corresponding experimental platform is designed.The main contents of the study are as follows:A new radial clearance measurement program is proposed.The content of this program is as follows:Because the inner and outer rings of the three-row cylindrical roller bearings are non-circular,so there is a long axis and a short axis,and this program uses the method of rotating antipodal points to get the long axis and the short axis of the inner and outer rings of the three-row cylindrical roller bearings.And then this program uses the 360 degree rotation method to measure the radial clearance.Finally the maximum,minimum and average radial clearances are gotten.Based on the measurement principle,the design of the whole machine plan of the radial clearance measurement test platform is carried out by the method of combining computer-aided design and empirical design.And this paper uses modular analysis method to divide the test platform into six modules,and completes the design and selection of each module part.At the same time,according to the technical requirements of the enterprise,the design of the test platform has been further improved.Based on the mechanical structure of the test platform,this paper carries out the optimization design of the electrical control system,including the selection of electrical components,the drawing of the schematic diagram of the electrical control system,and the design of the PLC control system.At the same time,this paper carries out the design of the hydraulic loading system of the test platform,including the drawing of the hydraulic schematic diagram,the selection of hydraulic components,and the calculation of the hydraulic heating.The design of the electrical control system and the design of the hydraulic loading system meet the requirements of the test platform.The 130.45.2000 type three-row cylindrical roller bearing with an inner diameter of1816 mm,an outer diameter of 2195 mm and a width of 150 mm is the tested bearing.This program uses the installed and debugged test platform to carry out radial clearance measurement test and radial clearance measurement analysis.The results show that this new measurement method improves the accuracy and efficiency of radial clearance measurement.The maximum,minimum and average values of radial clearance are of great significance to the installation and use of bearings and life estimation.
